WARR Today :: New Signals at Hantu Station
New signals were installed in Hantu station and Sibine station.
These signals control the flow of the train in a station yard.
Hantu駅とSibine駅に新しい信号が設置されました。
これらの信号は駅構内での列車の流れをコントロールします。
Then, let's pursue an actual motion with sequential photographs.

The place is Hantu station.
At this station, the 2nd track of right-hand side is the main line, and the 1st track of left-hand side is the sidetrack.
Switches are controlled so that a train can pass the 2nd track usually.
場所はHantu駅です。
この駅は右側の2番線が本線、左側の1番線が待避線です。
普段は2番線を列車が通過できるようにポイントが制御されています。
First, the first train comes in.
まず、最初の列車が入線します。
Several seconds after the first train comes in, the switch converts and it changes the course of trains from the main line to the sidetrack.
最初の列車が入線して数秒後、奥のポイントが転換し、構内の進路を本線から待避線に切り替えます。
Starter signals also change simultaneously with it and the signal by the side of the sidetrack displays advance.
At this time, the home signal which is in a way outside the switch does not change yet.
それと同時に出発信号機も切り替わり、待避線側の信号が進行を表示します。
このとき、ポイントの外方にある入場信号機はまだ変化しません。
Next, another train has gone also into the sidetrack.
次に、待避線側にも列車が入ってきました。
And since all the tracks of this station have been buried, the home signal displays stop.
そしてこの駅にこれ以上列車が入れなくなったので、入場信号機が停止を表示します。
These new type of signal systems are installed in Hantu station and Sibine station.
この新しいタイプの信号機システムはHantu駅とSibine駅に設置されています。
From now on, this system will extend functions, will detect the train which is between stations, and will control starter signals.
Then, the control function of automatic operation trains will be added.
Finally I aim at completion of the system which can perform employment of express.
今後、このシステムを元に機能を拡張します。
将来は駅間にいる列車を感知して出発信号機を制御するようになる予定です。
その後、自動運転列車の走行コントロール機能を追加します。
最終的には急行列車の運用ができるシステムを目指しています。

WARR Today :: Relocation of Andraca Station

WARRは第二期工事も進み、残る区間はAndraca駅とHantu駅の間100mちょっととなりました。
この区間を越える橋の建設にあたっては、Andracaリージョンに残された残り少ないプリム数をいかに効率よく使って建設するかが問われます。
が
その残りプリム数が284しかない状況で
さらにAndraca駅のRez容量を確保しようとすると、どう考えても無理な感じがします。
そこで関係者と協議した結果…
現在のAndraca駅を諦めて、別の場所に新規に建設する事になりました。
具体的にはこのように。
現在の位置から道路を渡って東側のLoepaリージョンとの境界線付近に新駅を建設することにします。
さらに、中途半端な存在だった側線も廃止して、信号システムを単純化することにします。
作業は3月18日深夜から20日早朝にかけて行われました。
通過する車両もほとんどないので、旧駅周辺を通行止めにしてぼちぼち建設しても良かったんですが、それじゃなんとなく面白くなかったのでなるべく通過交通を阻害しないような工事の方法をとってみたりして。
まず着手したのは新駅の建設から。
プラットホームを横切る赤いラインは、SIM境界線です。
ちゃんと落下防止策も施していますので、歩いてSIM越えできます。
道路からの入口は吊り橋の下になります。
これがその後、このように仕上がりました。
良くあるWARR仕様の駅ですね。
道路沿いに土地があまりないので、旧駅のような立派なロータリーは望むべくもありません。
19日の夕方までに新駅の方はほぼ仕上がりました。
さて、その後旧駅の方の作業に移ります。
新旧Andraca駅を対比。
2つの駅は19日の午後だけ同時に存在していました。
そして旧Andraca駅の取り壊し作業がすぐさま始まります。
ガンガン取り壊していって、そして線路の敷き直し作業へと進みます。

既に側線は撤去済みで、本線の横にもう一本の線路が並んでいるのが見えます。
カーブを緩やかにして制限速度の緩和を目指します。
新しい線路は5mあたり最大3度の角度変化で敷設されます。
カントは最大2度あり、これまで制限速度30km/hだったところ、40km/hに制限が緩和されました。
もしかすると制限なしでも大丈夫かもしれませんが、当分の間はこの制限速度にしておこうと思います。
古い高架構造を撤去して、架線を張り直して完成。
既設のダイナミックガイドはそのまま使用していますので、非物理車両限定で第1期線から第2期線へ通り抜けできます。
さて、気になるプリム残量ですが…
残りプリム数546。
かなり余裕ができました。

A New Shopping Mall Nearby Burns Station
It seems that a new shopping mall opened in Burns station on the south.
Burns駅南側に新しいショッピングモールがオープンしたようです。
It was a name of "Garden Only Mall".
I rewrote the direction board which is in the station instantly.
Garden Only Mallと名前が付いていました。
早速駅の案内も書き換えてみる。
It is a very much large mall.
It seems that a tenant still enters after this.
I expect development of the future of that.
なかなか大きなモールです。
テナントの入りはまだこれからと言ったところでしょうか。今後に期待です。
It is a calm atmosphere which used the sloping ground well.
A mason with a feeling of unification is desirable.
傾斜地をうまく利用した、落ち着いた雰囲気です。
石造りなのが良い味を出してますね。

The rail was connected.
On December 10, 2011, the track which has extended from Neumoegen to the west to the west reached the first destination Andraca at last.
I had very many people help, although the WARR comes so far.
I express gratitude.
The track construction to Elpenor which is furthermore the second destination has started.
Although it seems that time is still required to whole-line opening of traffic, the WARR is moving forward steadily.
2011年12月10日、Neumoegenから西へ西へと延びてきた線路は、ついに第一の目的地Andracaに届きました。
WARRがここまで来るのに、大変多くの人たちに助けていただきました。
この場を借りて、お礼申し上げます。
さらに第二の目的地Elpenorへの線路建設が始まっています。
全線開通までまだまだ時間が必要なようですが、WARRは着実に前進しています。

WARR Today :: Alarm signal
The spot which there are many people and gather for the circumference of a WARR line is in some places.
It seems that and they are increasing little by little every day.
The other day, 40 persons have gathered for the Chiron region and I was not able to do the inspection of the WARR institution.
WARR線の周囲には、人の多く集まるスポットがところどころにあって、日々少しずつ増えているようです。
先日もChironリージョンに40人もの人が集まっていて、定期巡回ができなかったことがありました。
As you know, there is a capacity of 40 of one region of Mainland.
If the train by which people rode on the full region rushes in, what will happen?
The person who rode on the train will be detained at the boundary line of a region, and only a train will run him on and on.
ご存じの通り、Mainlandの1リージョンの定員は40人です。
もし満員のリージョンに人の乗った列車が突入するとどうなるのでしょうか？
列車に乗った人はリージョンの境界線で足止めされ、列車だけがどんどん走っていってしまうでしょう。
The train which became uninhabited does not stop.
It will run to a terminal point then.
And it is whether it disappears secretly by the end in the world, it thrusts in to others' residence, or to turn up at a terminal point and to return to you.
無人になった列車は止まりません。
そのまま終点まで走って行くでしょう。そして世界の果てで人知れず消え去るか、他人の住宅へ突っ込むか、または終点で折り返して自分の手元に戻ってくるかのいずれかです。
Anyway, for a driver, it is troublesome.
いずれにせよ運転手にとっては面倒なことです。
Then, WARR was made to install the signal which tells the remaining number of a region.
そこでWARRではリージョンの残り人数を知らせる信号を設置することにしました。
This is the signal.
これがその信号機です。
They are installed in the boundary line of a region.
Usually, when there is little number which is in a region, the signal has shone green.
The number increases, and if 35 persons are exceeded, the signal will begin to blink red.
If the number furthermore increases and it exceeds 38 persons, still more, the light will be switched on red, and the signal will issue directions so that it may stop to a driver.
The present number is also displayed on a signal.
リージョンの境目に設置されています。
普段、リージョンの中にいる人数が少ないとき、信号は緑色に光っています。
人数が増えてきて、35人を越えると信号は赤く点滅し始めます。
さらに人数が増えてきて38人を超えると、いよいよ信号は赤く点灯して、運転士に対して停車するように指示を出します。
信号の上には現在の人数も表示されます。
